I have had so many wonderful opportunities to serve this community throughout the years. I have a background in nursing, working with newborns, pediatrics, adults and seniors as a Registered Nurse and health coach.

Over the years, in whatever job or role l'm in, I strive to be a cheerleader and support system to all my clients, meeting people wherever they are in life. My hope is always that I can continue to love and minister to people in this community by being an inclusive, judgement free, safe place wherever I go, regardless of how my roles change.

I know walking into a therapy office can be scary. Please know that I’m not only happy to help answer your questions about appointments or billing, but I also genuinely care about how you are doing. My top priority is to create a sense of safety and belonging for every person I meet. In being one of the first people you encounter at Grove, I strive to set the tone for what we all believe here: You matter, and you deserve to take up space.

Outside of work, you’ll find me writing, reading, dancing, sipping (too much) coffee, enjoying poetry, spending time by the water, and cherishing moments with my son, partner, and three cats.
