We understand that taking the first step toward counseling can feel overwhelming — especially when you're balancing parenting. That’s why we’re here to support you every step of the way.

While you're in session, rest assured your child is in a safe, nurturing environment.

Because your healing matters — and so does their care.

ANNA PIERCE, CHILDCARE DIRECTOR

I am a Cookeville native with a Bachelor's degree from Tennessee Tech in Human Ecology: Child Development and Family Relations. I am passionate about fostering kind, inclusive, and comfortable environments where children feel respected and can thrive. I have spent time working with children and families in many different capacities including early childhood education, early intervention, and most recently directing a children's ministry. I believe in the value of providing our community with enriching programs for children and encouraging support for grown ups. In the last few years, I have been dedicated to studying, implementing, and helping others use trauma informed caregiving through Trust Based Relational Intervention strategies. I am thrilled to be working with Grove to provide intentional support for caregivers through investing in high quality care for their children.

I am married to David and Mama to two amazing kids. David and I homeschool our children and enjoy our life together playing, being outside, and especially going to Dollywood!
