Office Manager

I have worked in the medical field for over 20 years. I started as a medical assistant in a busy pediatric office in California, where I spent over six years developing a strong foundation in patient care and clinical support. In 2005, I moved to Tennessee and returned to school to specialize in medical billing.

Since joining Grove in 2013, my role has evolved from ensuring seamless financial operations—including claims submissions, insurance verification, and explanations of benefits (EOBs)—to overseeing primary billing and office operations. I still enjoy assisting at the front desk and deeply understand the courage it takes to seek mental health care. I strive to provide compassionate, judgment-free, and inclusive support to all our clients. I'm here to answer any questions you may have, and I am always happy to help.

Outside of work, I enjoy long walks with my fur baby while listening to a good audiobook or crime podcast and traveling to new places with my husband when possible. I love spending time with my adult child over a game of UNO or cornhole. And I love, love, LOVE being a first-time grandmother! 😊
