Individual Counseling

Individual counseling is simply meeting with a therapist one on one to work towards your identified goals! We offer individual counseling for individuals ages 5+. When you come for individual counseling, your counselor will work with you to identify your goals for treatment, what do you need to focus on? How will your time be best utilized in session? Once these have been established, your sessions will focus on working towards these goals. Where are you, where have you been and where are you going? Your counselor will use techniques and modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness based therapy, EMDR, dialectic behavioral therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy to best meet your needs. Our therapists are all fully licensed with the state of Tennessee, and have completed a 60 hour Masters degree and a minimum of two years post graduate supervised training. Through this 5-6 year process, we are taught the skills needed to best approach and treat mental health and wellness needs.

Family/Couples Counseling

Family counseling is a space where families can come together to work through challenges, improve communication, and strengthen relationships. Whether you're navigating conflict, life transitions, grief, or just feeling disconnected, family counseling provides a supportive environment to be heard and understood.

Our therapists work with families of all shapes and sizes, helping each member feel seen and valued. During your sessions, your counselor will help identify goals that matter most to your family—what needs healing, where are the communication breakdowns, and how can your family function more harmoniously?

Your therapist may use modalities such as systems theory, structural family therapy, emotion-focused therapy, and cognitive behavioral techniques to support your unique needs. Each of our therapists is fully licensed in the state of Tennessee and trained in evidence-based approaches to help families grow and thrive together.

Family counseling can be a powerful tool for creating deeper connection, understanding generational patterns, and building a shared path forward—together.
