Growth is a personal, intentional journey that lasts a lifetime and impacts generations. Starting this process definitely takes a bit of courage and a willingness to embrace the unknown, but the rewards are often transformative. Throughout this adventure, we can expect to enjoy beautiful scenery, encounter a few bumps in the road, maybe get lost a couple times, have some breakdowns, share lots of laughs, and uncover remarkable discoveries together. I'd be honored to sit beside you in the passenger seat as we navigate this exciting trip we call life!
Education: Abby has a bachelor's degree in biology and health sciences with a minor in psychology from Tennessee Technological University. She also has a master's degree in clinical mental health counseling from Trevecca Nazarene University.

Abby has options for both virtual and in-person sessions.
Hobbies: Playing card or board games with her family, trying new foods, traveling, getting in a good workout, hiking, reading, doing puzzles, and engaging in all things hygge are what helps Abby find balance in life.
Specialties: Abby sees both teens and adults. She likes working with those who present with anxiety, depression, trauma, high masking autism, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD).
